My day actually begins the night before. It completely depends on how my little champ sleeps. If he has a peaceful night, I wake up fresh and energetic. But if he’s restless, my sleep is disturbed, and it affects how my morning starts. 🌅 5:00 AM – A Fresh Start I aim to wake up by 5:00 AM. My early morning rituals include some deep breathing, sipping warm water, and gathering myself for the day ahead. This quiet time is essential — a small slice of peace before the house wakes up.
